2023-24 Travel Player Registration
EPYSA Teams (Elite, Premier, U8-U12 Academy, United)
1. Color Photo: If there is not already a photo in your child's gotsport account. Please upload a color head shot (passport style). If you would like your child's photo updated or if you are having problems uploading it yourself please email a photo to club registrar at mklein@paclassics.org and sure to label it.
2. Copy of Birth Certificate or Passport: If your child's date of birth has NOT already been approved in gotsport and/or your child is new to EPYSA TRAVEL soccer. Please upload a copy of your child's birth certificate or passport in gotsport, or email a copy to club registrar at mklein@paclassics.org .
3. Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer Player/Participant Waiver of Liability 23/24:
- Log in to your gotsport account: https://system.gotsport.com/
If you do not already have an account, please reach out to the club registrar at mklein@paclassics.org, so that one can be created for you.
- Go to Family
- Select Child's Name
- Click on Dashboard (or 3 lines first if on a phone)
- Scroll down to Requirements
- Complete the Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer Player/Participant Waiver of Liability 23/24 by clicking on "details" to the right of the requirement (you may need to scroll to the right if on a phone)
4. International Transfer Clearance (ITC) Questionairre:
- Log in to your gotsport account: https://system.gotsport.com/
If you do not already have an account, please reach out to the club registrar at mklein@paclassics.org, so that one can be created for you.
- Go to Family
- Select Child's Name
- Click on Dashboard (or 3 lines first if on a phone)
- Scroll down to Requirements
- Complete the International Transfer Clearance (ITC) Questionairre by clicking on "details" to the right of the requirement (you may need to scroll to the right if on a phone) This only needs to be done once. If your child was born outside of the US, please let the club registrar know right away as you may have additional paperwork. Any players born outside of the US must have ITC Clearance from US Soccer before being issued a travel player pass next year.
1. 2023-24 PA Classics Medical Release: Please sign and turn in to your head coach.

5. 18 Years Old?: SafeSport Training Certificate
If anyone is having problems finding a form, please try logging out and then back in to gotsport. You can also try a different device or browser.
