We will do what we can to eliviate coaching conflicts in the schedule for coaches that have more than one team in the event. Please note that it may not be possible to meet all requests and that it is far more likely we can assist you with two teams than it is with three or more. Your submission of the coaching conflict resolution form is a request for assistance with scheduling, not a guarantee that it will in fact work out. It is prudent to make sure an assistant coach is available to help out should a conflict be unsolvable.
