  • Application Closes:  At 10:00pm on Sunday, August 15th
  • Acceptance List Posted:  By 10:00pm on Monday, August 16th
  • Flights & Brackets released:  By 10:00pm on Wednesday August 18th.
  • Entry Fee Payments Due:  Saturday, August 21st.
  • Flight & Bracket Change Requests Due:  By 10:00pm on Sunday, August 22nd.
  • Coaching Conflict Resolution Form Due:  By 10:00pm on Sunday, August 22nd.
  • Unpaid Teams removed from Flights & Brackets:  Monday, August 23rd.
  • Schedule Posted:  By 10:00pm on Wednesday, August 25th.
  • Online Team Check-in / Registration Due:  By 10:00pm on Sunday, August 29th.
  • Tournament start:  8:00am on Saturday, September 4th.
