USSF Standards for 7v7 and 9v9 regarding concussion initiatives will be in use for the 2017 Keystone Cup.

7v7:
-  No punting, no deliberate heading of the ball.
-  Build out line painted on field.
-  Build out line is the offsides line, not midfield.
 
9v9:  U11
-  Punting is allowed, deliberate heading of the ball is not.
 
9v9:  U12
-  Punting is allowed, heading of the ball is allowed.

PA Classics AC, Elite Tournaments, and all facility owners or operators, are not responsible for injury, loss of property, or damage to any personal property that occurs during the Keystone Cup.  This includes, but is not limited to, all; participants, spectators, parents of participants, relatives of participants, coaches, officials, or anyone associated in any way with the Keystone Cup.  Additionally, anyone entering the parking facilities with a vehicle at any tournament field venue understands that there is an inherent risk associated with parking their vehicle near a sporting event, and that PA Classics, or anyone associated with the organization or the tournament, is not liable for damages that the vehicle may sustain.

ABSOLUTLEY NO PETS, ALCOHOL, SMOKING, OR VERBAL ABUSE OF TOURNAMENT OFFICIALS, COACHES, PLAYERS, OR OTHER SPECTATORS WILL BE TOLERATED AT ANY FIELD VENUE.  OFFENDERS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PREMISES.
