U09 - U10:  $700

U11 - U12:  $750

U13 - U15:  $800

U16 - U19:  $850

There is no difference in price when paying via check or credit card.  You will not incur an extra "convenience fee" or  finance charge by using a credit card to apply to the Alliance Cup
