PA Classics, in partnership with US Sport Club Insurance, is offering all teams the opportunity to purchase individual Event Cancelation Insurance for the 2025 Challenger Invitational.

If you did NOT initially purchase Event Cancelation Insurance for the 2025 Challenger Invitational within the GotSport application process you are eligible to go back and do so.  

In order to activate and benefit from this event cancelation policy you MUST purchase it at least 15 days in advance of the event.  

Girls Teams:  You must purchase by 11:00pm EST on Friday, April 18, 2025.

Boys Teams:  You must purchase by 11:00pm EST on Friday, April 25, 2025.

 

Teams that opt NOT to purchase an individual Event Cancelation Insurance policy will NOT receive any monetary refunds of their entry fees should their in fact end up being a weather-related cancelation or curtailment of the event.
