PA Classics, in partnership with US Sport Club Insurance, is offering all teams the opportunity to purchase individual Event Cancelation Insurance for the 2025 Mid-Atlantic Cup.

This is an OPTIONAL Program to ensure your team entry fees.

If you did NOT initially purchase Event Cancelation Insurance for the 2025 Mid-Atlantic Cup within the GotSport application process you are eligible to go back and do so.  

In order to activate and benefit from this event cancelation policy you MUST purchase it at least 15 days in advance of the event.  

You must purchase by 11:00pm EST on Friday, May 30, 2025.

 

Teams that opt NOT to purchase an individual Event Cancelation Insurance policy will NOT receive any event credits or monetary refunds of their entry fees should their in fact end up being a weather-related cancelation or curtailment of the event.
