Coaching Conflict Resolution

If you are the head coach of more than one team participating in the Winter College Showcase and would like us to TRY and eliminate your coaching conflict then please complete the below linked form.

There are a limited number of game slots per field available for play each day due to frost in the morning, darkness by 4:40pm, and lights on some, but not all, fields. There is no guarantee that we will be able to resolve your coaching conflict, but we will do our best to make your schedule work.

Resolution of coaching conflicts for a coach with two (2) teams might be possible.  Creating a conflict free schedule for a coach that has three (3) teams in the same event will be virtually impossible.  

Please take the time between now and the tournament to make sure you have an assistant coach available should a conflict arise, or be unsolvable.
